(No Export/Import - VinNOW includes UPS!) Once your wine has shipped, you can check its status via UPS Tracking from within VinNOW!
- Fully Integrated. VinNOW's integration with UPS OnLine Tools greatly simplifies the winery's daily shipping needs. One step wine club processing produces UPS shipping labels and shipments can be tracked. The VinNOW integration allows you, from within VinNOW to create UPS shipments and print the UPS shipping labels from a list of orders created in VinNOW. Access to UPS tracking is built into VinNOW!
- Export Options.VinNOW has exports for several major shipping facilities such as Pack n' Ship in Sonoma County. Check with your fulfillment house as most can accept VinNOW exports.
- VinNOW can export also to UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager PC programs
- Automated shipping table for all levels of shippers. VinNOW also recognizes Hold For Pickup wine club customers. Notifies you of pending and overdue shipments. Shipping history by date, carrier, invoice number and more.
- State Sales Tax. VinNOW has the ability to charge state sales tax on shipping for those states that require it. VinNOW has the capability on the same invoice to charge your local tax for items being taken with the customer and the "ship to" state's sales tax for the items being shipped.
